1. Superb location for North Goa, walkable to the beach, but yet a bit away from the busy streets

Cons
1. The pool was not very clean, the floor of the pool had lots of chipped tiles (hazard), and the gardens, plants etc were not well maintained, dead leaves everywhere
2. The garden area is MUCH smaller than depicted in the pictures as the picture shows an older layout of one more plot and in reality that plot has been sold and a wall has been put in the middle. It's a small garden patch which is not groomed well and had old dirty furniture and definitely not spacious enough for yoga or anything like that
3. Inside is quite nice but things are old/poorly maintained-upholstery,towels,kitchen utensils are not up to the mark
4. Cook was average
5. No mango orchard,butterflies or peacocks (as advertised)
6. No hair dryer,iron or games
7. We didnt have electricity for 6-7 hrs the 1stday

  ‘Twas a phenomenal experience. Simply pristine and right in the lap of the nature. Simultaneously you would find yourself at home with gorgeous interiors and kitchen garden. The cherry on... read more the top was the home cooked food made by Suhana from the fresh vegetables and milk products especially Makhan from on the property bred cattle. Naveen has been thoroughly helpful and extended his support whenever required.
Overall it’s been a lovely experience. Should you enjoy long drives and looking out for a peaceful yet homely accommodation, I would highly recommend this property.

Negatives - Even though they have mentioned that power supply is erratic, it wasn’t there 70% of the time we stayed there. When there is no power supply, the backup only runs fans, lights. Air conditioning or microwave etc doesn’t work. So our toddler was cranking due to air conditioning not being available during peak afternoon. So, if you want to plan, please plan it during the time it’s pleasant and doesn’t need AC or heater.
