Cons
1. The pool was not very clean, the floor of the pool had lots of chipped tiles (hazard), and the gardens, plants etc were not well maintained, dead leaves everywhere
2. The garden area is MUCH smaller than depicted in the pictures as the picture shows an older layout of one more plot and in reality that plot has been sold and a wall has been put in the middle. It's a small garden patch which is not groomed well and had old dirty furniture and definitely not spacious enough for yoga or anything like that
3. Inside is quite nice but things are old/poorly maintained-upholstery,towels,kitchen utensils are not up to the mark
4. Cook was average
5. No mango orchard,butterflies or peacocks (as advertised)
6. No hair dryer,iron or games
7. We didnt have electricity for 6-7 hrs the 1stday

  Everything was fine as shown , wasn't happy with pool and outside area . Staff was helpful and courteous .

  Vimlendu's pad is one of those hidden gems in Goa which is done up beautfiully that one would like to spend a lot more time experiencing every corner of the... read more villa. Our communication with Vimlendu also was excellent, and super efficient with him being very accomodative and helpful before and during our arrival to the property. Also, a special thank you to Alex, and his team at the property for the wonderful service and offering to take care of our every request at odd hours of the day. Would highly recommend everyone to stay here, and enjoy the villa.

  Being an environmentalist, this place was on my list, since some time, more for its sustainable living concepts.

Overall, a good experience and wonderful stay. Naveen, Zakir bhai... read more and Suhana were very responsive and took care of all our needs. Will surely visit again.

One suggestion, dont allow hooligans and noisy guests in the premises, spoils the peace. Also, if food can be cooked more sustainably with good quality ingredients for instance oil, etc., would really appreciate that. Apart from food, everything else was great.
